There is much confusion in the religious world about the Holy Spirit.  And beyond that, there is much confusion about the biblical concept of Holy Spirit baptism.  Focusing on Acts 1-2, we examine the topics of the Holy Spirit, Holy Spirit baptism, and the baptism commanded of penitent believers.
